This article explains how different plans of Google Workspace differ from each other.
Every plan of Google Workspace includes Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calender, Chat, Currents, Jamboard, forms, keep and sites. However, our access to features differ on basis of plan we choose.
Business starter plan’s standard price is Rs 125/user/month for first 20 users and Rs 210/user/month for 21st user onwards. So, in case we have 21 users , our monthly cost would be Rs 2710/month plus taxes. However sometimes Google partners may offer 30 trial period and additional discounts on these standard prices.
Business standard plan’s standard price is Rs 672/user/month for first 20 users and Rs 840 for 21st user onwards. So, in case we have 21 users on Business Standard plan, our monthly cost would be Rs 14280/month plus taxes. However, again google partners may offer discounts on these standard prices. We can have
Business Standard plan for 10 users in your organization and Business Starter on rest of the users, and, our monthly cost will be ₹9,650.00/month With Business Starter plan, we get 30GB storage across Gmail and Drive while in Business Standard plan, we get 2TB storage across Gmail and Drive. In Business Plus plan the storage limit is 5TB. Shared drive can be created in Business Standard and Business Plus plans
In Business Starter plan, we can have online meeting with 100 participants but can not record them. In Business Standard plan, we can have meeting of upto 150 participant and record these meetings too. These recordings are saved in Google Drive of meeting organizer. Business Standard and Business Plus plans allows Polls, hand raising, break rooms in online meetings. Business plus plan additionally allows attendance tracking.
