Steps-

1) Go to https://admin.microsoft.com

2) Go to ” Azure Active directory”.

3) Go to “Properties”

4) Go to Manage Security defaults

5) Select “No” to disable and “Yes” to enable MFA

6) Click Save. Settings change may take few minutes to reflect
